There was a 4 step recruitment. First, phone interview with HR, then a face to face interview with HR and legal, and lastly asessment with a group. It was a pretty flexible process, not very difficult. Pretty tight notice was given between steps.

I applied online. Get the HR screening invitation less than a week. -> Hiring Manager -> Assessment center -> Manager Basically, it is mostly about the behavior question and CV. Btw HR is very professional and friendly!
