The interview process starts with Psychometric test [Pretty Easy] The second stage of the interview is a video interview which is recorded and submitted [Fair - You need composure] The third stage is an in-person interview [Hard - You need to know what you do really well] There is a fourth stage where you do a practical assessment - Unfortunately, I did not reach that point
