I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Rock Hill, SC) in Jul 2019
Interview
It all started with a brief phone interview and from there everything was PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and , FRIENDLY. The phone interview with Anastasiya was great and almost felt like it was face to face. It was very informative and she really was honest about the job. My second interview was with Jenni (face to face). That interview sold me on wanting to truly work with Bayada. Not only did I get to engage with her but I also met the team and they are incredible! My Final interview was with Erin. That interview was a video conference but just as the first interview it felt like it was face to face. Erin was very nice and was able to really zone me in and help me understand what BAYADA is all about. The best part about all of the interviews was that everyone said the exact same thing about the company and they all were honest about each detail about the job

Two interviews. Very easy and everyone I interviewed with was kind, positive, and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, the base pay offer came in below the advertised rate and was EXTREMELY low, especially in a VHCOL area. I could not accept this offer.

Sent my application via LinkedIn. Was contacted via text message for my first phone interview. First was with the Talent support which was a brief phone call about my experiences. Second round was a longer phone interview describing the role. Third round, I went directly to the BAYADA office to have a panel interview with their Director and Client Services Manager

Met with hiring personnel, Interviewed was given an expectation on the hiring time frame. After 2 months of waiting only to be told the position is no longer available. Supposedly other company needs needed tending to.
