Initially spoke to the Director on the phone for approximately 15 mins. Then came into the office to meet with the Director and Clinical Manager for maybe 20 mins. Given a hands on skills test in a simulator room with a "patient" on a ventilator. Also, given a written skills test. A week later I received a call from the director offering me the job.

The person doing the interview was very welcoming and wanted me to be comfortable during interview. I was asked the typical questions about myself and job experiences. Why I left prior employer. They also gave a brief description of the duties expected when taking a position with bayada. I was then introduced to office staff. And a welcoming gift bag.
