Laid back experience, they are hiring and expanding so it didn't seem like a lot of competition during the interview process. Interview includes time to shadow, so you have a better understanding of the day to day job
It was great! It was nice to shadow the job then meet with the recruiting team. It was super in depth. I really enjoyed my recruiter Kim and appreciate her bringing me through the process.
