I applied online. I interviewed at BBVA (Tucson, AZ) in Dec 2013
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter , in person interview with branch manager, then had to pass a credit check, background check, and a drug test. I want to say the whole process took maybe two-three weeks.
Phone screen, in person interview. Asked basic questions about history, math, honesty. Reviewed work history, reliability, education. Pretty basic and straightforward, nothing was unexpected or difficult. They seemed a little desprate.
Quick and easy. Straight to the point. Explained role and functions. Not at all aggressive. Pretty intuitive. Not hard. Not demanding. Considering the atmosphere. Veteran friendly. Accommodated time constraints. Love the place.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BBVA (Englewood, CO)
Interview
The personality and skills test was very lengthy. Not a lot of candidates had the patience or passed the test. Therefore the interview was basically a formality due to how short staffed they were.
