The interview took place in Madrid.
I waited in a room with other candidates and later taken to a 1:1 interview with a recruiter.
I was asked to briefly walk. over my CV. Then I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses, favourite subjects in University, past experiences outside work, all very simple and straight forward.
I was also asked on why banking and why BBVA, and why did I think I was a good candidate for that position.
