Interview
Process takes around 5 months if you are applying to be a management trainee. It starts with classic HR meeeting, then you stay in a hotel for 2 nights that 2-3 years older bank employees watch your skills there where you attend group workings, mental games and with your group's presentation in the end. Lastly you see the related department's head. They never ask you technical questions or your GPA etc. You only should prove them that you want that position.
