Interview
I had an initial phone screening followed by another phone interview. From there, I was invited to interview with the entire team in person in New York. I met with all of the team members and was asked a series of behavioral and technical questions.
I thought the interview went fine and I only stumbled on a few technical accounting questions, but was told that they were just seeing what I currently know and didn't expect me to have any accounting knowledge because the job was entry level.
I still have not received any contact post interview and have been ignored by HR after following up twice within a span of 3 weeks. I feel it is very unprofessional to not follow up with someone you flew in for a final round interview. Also, the fact that I have not been contacted whatsoever, not even a rejection email, is just disrespectful and is telling of the kind of culture that BBVA has in the United States.

Interview
Initial phone interview with division vice president was pleasant and very upbeat. Followed up the next day with a second phone interview with an HR vice president to flesh out the more gritty questions such as salary expectations and if there are any hangups / hiccups in your personal history to be aware of. Afterwards, a "sit-down" interview was scheduled for the following week. This was the typical round two interview with six different interviewers on a three hour schedule.
