Short phone interview, two Seniors, did two case studies and had a talk about my background and CV. I was also explained my area of work and I was given information on the department.

How did you solve a difficult problem at your university?
3 interviews, with hr and a manager. As well as a cognitive exam and 2 tests of English and Spanish, to evaluate listening and writing. I have a final final interview with the MD
First stage is psychometric tests, followed by interview with HR and then final interview with a team that you're assigned to. Mostly behavioural and situational questions and interviewers were on the whole warm and amicable.

3 rounds - first being with hr, then interviews with the rest of team. Associates and final with the head of the desk. Remember being asked questions on fundamentals such as how do bonds work and recent market news event.
