I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BBVA (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
Brief, easy going interview. I interviewed with 2 managers both very knowledgeable and sweet. Described the day to day description of a sales and service advisor. I asked questions relating to their background and vice versa. Prepared me for the type of clientele in the area. I was offered a job within 30 minutes after I walked out the door.
I went to set up an account, and they encouraged me to apply. As part of the application process, you are required to take a virtual sales assessment online (you act as a sales person helping virtual customers). There will be two interviews after that. You will be asked some sales questions. They have a sheet of questions they ask for the interview, so be ready. There were only a few situational questions. This might be different depending on location (big city vs rural area).

Interview
Ask about your resume. If you worked insurance it's a plus since it seems similar. They give you a description but no salary. Hours seem 9-5ish. My voicemail was full and they actually texted me.

It took about a week to hear back from them and scheduling an interview time. The interview process was about any other. The HR was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
