I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BD (Franklin Lakes, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied online and was contacted within 3 days to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 5 individual interviews over the course of a day. Each interview consisted of a two person team, some interviewers called in.

How would you determine what percentage of people in Franklin Lakes have never been to their bank physically and only use online internet banking? Assume you only have 30 minutes to complete this task.

Interview
Phone screen with the manager then leading to on-site interview with several one on one interviews. HR almost non-existent in the entire process until the last moment when discussing fiscal logistics. Pretty generic interview, nothing too outlandishly hard. As long as you did your homework on their products, as well as demonstrate something that you've done in the past that is relevant to the role you're applying for, it shouldn't be too stressful.
