There were about 5 different people from within the company interviewing me, one person was on the phone from the NY office. I was a temp for 6 months prior to getting an interview so I know most of the people interviewing me. They asked all the usual questions

The interview process at Bda inc was pretty straight forward and fast it was 1.5 weeks from first interview to job offer. Interview was a 4 call process with an assignment. Recruiter Amanda Hilton was great

Phone screening with recruiter followed by 3 zoom interviews and 1 onsite presentation. Long process but easy interviews. The experience was poor. People are unfriendly. Some senior leaders I met are extremely arrogant.

If you were as good as you said you are, why did you get laid off?
Quick and easy! My interviewer was professional and on time. I really likes how transparent she was about the role and company. There are a lot of growth opportunities within the organization that were outlined along with diversity and inclusion efforts.
