I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BDA (Spokane, WA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I interviewed from out of state so I had 2 phone interviews. First interview was about half an hour with an HR rep, mostly conversational for them to get to know you and your personality, and for you to get to know the company. Second interview lasted about an hour. I was on a conference call with 8 sales ops supervisors/managers, some of them were in Washington and some were in Michigan. Interview started by reviewing your resume and then they went one at a time asking a question. Everyone went twice. I got my offer about 1 week after this.
