Had a phone interview for a position in the Dallas office. Interviewer was very friendly and was really selling BDO. Asked a lot of the typical "why tax?", "why international tax?", "are you willing to relocate?" type questions. In general the interviewer did a lot of the talking and it was an overall positive experience. No technical questions.
