It was a pre recorded one with some rather weird questions that did not see at all competence based as they indicated in the email.

You first complete an online application where you attach your CV and answer two questions about why you would like to work for the firm and that specific area. You also have to include work and education experiences. If your application was satisfactory, you will receive invites to 3 psychometric tests.
