I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2009
Interview
Referred by my friend. Met with two senior managers and an HR manager. Was very casual, everyone was extremely laid back. Answered some generic questions (i.e. strengths/weaknesses) and they drilled me on the content of my resume (i.e. what exact work did you do at XX employer, what type of clients have you audited). It wasn't anything too difficult, I think they were just trying to make sure that my communication skills were up to snuff.
