Interview
Interviewed for Audit Intern position for Houston through my internal auditing program at school. Very nice and laid back interview. Interviewed with an audit manager who was nice, which you can get the misconception of possibly getting the offer. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. No unusual questions, mostly behavioral questions, ex. tell me a time when... Need to research about the company as well. Interviewed in Spring 2014 for summer intern position.
Background part question is common and easy to answer such as why company and why job. The interviewers are kind and nice. They also introduce the company culture and their own experience to you. The whole experience is great.
Pretty nice, friendly people and mostly behavior questions not very challenging. Pay is average audit salary. Good to learn a bit more about the company. Feel like mostly introvert professionals in the team
