Interview
You need to bring resume and a photocopy of your birth certificate and curriculum. First is written test which is two parts I think. Then if you passed the test you will be interviewed individually then another final interview.
Simplified process but can be more detailed in scope description, long waiting time which would drag past the scheduled. Gives the impression that everyone is busy and has no time for each other
I got a phone interview by the HR and scheduled me an exam after a week. I passed the exam and they let me sign a contract and passed some of my credentials. Then I've never any updates from them again.
