As always the interview starts with an post which was on Linkedin, where I had to apply...Then after2 days I got a call from Them with regard to conformation of application....then shortly after 3 days I got a call from an Hr with regard to online aptitude test which consisted of Taxation basics (I applied for bangalore so it was from Indian Taxation point of view ), Then little general aptitude SI, CI and calculations and logical reasoning) and an email writing test. After clearing that after 2 days I got call with regards to further process which they asked when are you available for interview I gave them a date....Round one was Manager round and next day director round each of them was for half an hour...next day i got document verification link where i had to send the documents....then after 4 to 5 days i got the call from the HR with regard to offer acceptance and i accepted..and got the offer letter two days.

It was great, they ask behavioural question which requires common sense for you to answer. Other than that, they also ask few technical question which maybe easy for those who are well prepared

The interview process was pretty smooth. From the application it went to the aptitude test if qualified you have 2 - 3 managerial / HR rounds as well in which they check the technical skills , behavioural fit of the individual etc

The interview was casual and straightforward. It felt like more of a conversation than a formal Q and A. Both of my interviewees were well prepared and easy to talk to.
