Interview
Didn’t like the experience at all. The most unprofessional interview I’ve ever attended.
After a long way I wasn’t proposed even a glass of water. Instead, some assessment papers was dropped right in front me in a desk. No description, no familiarisation with time limits… I was too shocked of such a behaviour and couldn’t imagine to work in such an environment.
I haven’t finished the tasks and left.
Also, I saw the work conditions and they weren’t sufficient: at least 4 analyst sited in a room with no window… unacceptable.
Question classique compta, droit, finance. Un cas technique + entretien avec associé / directeur. Pas d'entretien RH. Verification de la motivation + de la technique du candidat. Senior souriant, bonne ambiance durant l'entretien. Cabinet a l'ecoute.
interview process was smooth, video interview done by hirevue. enough time to prep and think about answers, then 90 sec / 2 mins for respone. clear instructions and questions. overall positive and waiting for next steps from company

Interview
Standard procedure, nothing special. The interview included standard questions, followed a clear structure, involved typical discussions about experience and role expectations, and concluded with next steps explained in a straightforward manner.
