The process began with an HR interview. After a week, I took an exam in BDO ortigas (2 types). Then, HR reached out to me after a week to have an interview with the business unit. Then, it took around a month to schedule my final interview with the business unit head.

Interview Process is methodical and fine but there are many exams and such that it just takes too long. The whole process took atleast 2 months to be completed. They also might not reply immediately if you follow up your application.

The interviewers were very kind and not intimidating. They made it feel more comfortable and felt more like a conversation. The recruitment process is very long and timely; my process took a whole month.
