Interview
The interview take place in Microsoft Teams back then during my time which is in 2021 (not sure with the current process).
The interview was being done in a group of 5 person. Same questions will be asked to each person. Each person will take turns and be given time accordingly to answer the questions.
The interviewer will give their feedback once you have done with your part. Overall the process was convenient and smooth.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
