Online interviews followed by assessment centre followed by director interview, all pleasant and organised process throughout. Single recruitment person was my contact throughout which was helpful and she was very pleasant
It was a very casual and welcoming environment. I got a good impression of the company. There were no questions to throw you off, just questions about past experience, motivational, situational etc

Average and straight-forward process in a relaxed setting. Interview process lasted about an hour. Main focus was on competency based questions which are to be backed by examples where these competencies were applied.
