It was interviewed by HR manager followed by two directors with a written test. HR asked behavioural questions and directors ask questions more related to the role, including some technical questions. The written test includes multiple choice questions and essay type questions.
Easy but not reflective of actual culture: induction was poorly planned. It wasn’t per expectation. They had a long process and did not offer my first choice location and I wasn’t given an option to choose.
It was a very detailed interview with 3 rounds and fair amount of technical questions. The first round was with HR and then the remaining two rounds was technical and functional.
