Interview was simple as it tested basic concepts of accounts, audit and finance. They created a comfort environment to make me comfortable as I was nervous. I had mailed them for articleship vacancy, the recruitment and on-boarding process went smoothly.

I applied online via email. I had met the HR team earlier during a talk held in my university. Once I graduated, I sent them an email, requesting to be a part of their company. Less than a week later, I got a call to attend the interview the very next day.The interview process was relaxed. The interviewers were two directors of BDO. They were very friendly which made the entire interview process even better.

At the beginning, the questions were more inclined towards my resume. They had asked me questions about my extracurricular activities, how I dealt with time management, why did I choose internal audit instead of external audit, what are my future plans, etc,
Towards the end, I was presented with a case scenario and was asked to describe the internal controls which I would recommend to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
