BECU Treasury Analyst interview questions

I was contacted by a senior recruiter consultant that I am questioning if they were an actual employee or consultant, but the end of the e-mail was an @becu.org so it is from the official website. In any case, they immediately introduced themselves and asked if I had any time to talk to them today or tomorrow for 10 minutes. In addition, I filled out a questionnaire (state I live in... which can be easily viewed via my resume); education (again can be viewed from my resume); and my experience in regards to this role. I responded within 20 minutes with my answers and offered to talk the same day as my schedule was wide open as well. This was November 9th and I followed up 4 different times with ZERO response from the recruiter. My opinion with BECU and seeking a career with them has become increasingly negative over the past year and it makes me wonder why their recruitment process is highly unprofessional. Yes, they like to really boost about their benefits but it makes me question the culture behind the scenes. I've been in the investment industry for over 15 years and this was very much on the top of my odd experiences.
