BELAY Client Success Consultant interview questions

All interviewers were welcoming, encouraging and informative. This was a thorough process (phone screen + 2 zoom interviews) but I felt that I was given a great opportunity to share my experience and learn about the company/role throughout.

Unfortunately, I was never given a face to face interview with this company, but their initial screening process is unique and ask questions that I believe they use to get to know you better. Once you submit the initial application, you then receive an email requesting a short video interview that ask 3 questions. This process is easy, as they allow you to re-record your answers as many times as you need. My only con for their interview process is I wish they would reach out no matter what. Even if it was a computer generated statement, it would be nice to know if they've moved on with other applicants instead of the generic "If you haven't heard from us for a few weeks, you can note you were not selected for further consideration" This company has a great reputation, so I will apply again if I ever see another job opening with their corporate team.
