I just wrapped up the interview process with Belay and it was a fantastic experience! I applied online which consisted of a list of questions regarding background/skillset/software abilities along with passing in your resume. Shortly after I was asked to set up a recorded interview within 48 hours. The recorded interview consisted of 3 questions, they were simple and straight to the point. Once that was completed, I was invited to a virtual meeting with one of the recruiters. The meeting lasted 30 mins, and once that was completed I was invited to complete a skills assessment which consisted of an online questionnaire of about 60 questions along with a practice mock project which required me to create a travel plan for an Executive which I found to be really fun! After that was reviewed and I was cleared, I was invited to the last interview, virtual with another recruiter, which was 30 mins and consisted of a series of background questions and a discussion around the VA role. At the end of my second interview, I was offered a position on the spot and will start in a couple of weeks. I am so happy I found this company, can't wait to start my first contract!
