GOOD LUCK! They tell you themselves that it is harder to get a job here than it is to get into an Ivy League school. And that was before the pandemic (which is when I applied)! I had over ten years of EA and Office Management experience (mostly virtual or remote) and a master's degree and was rejected. I think they care more about your knowing all the apps and technology than they do about experience and education. If you don't know most of the apps and software they ask you about and have have less experience or education than i do, don't bother. The application takes a while (if you put thought into the answers, like I did) and by simply submitting your application, you are automatically invited to complete the video interview. I say "automatically," but maybe it has to do with the Yes/No answers you provide on your app. What I'm saying is, you're probably not going to get a job here anyway (I mean, they TELL you this themselves) so I wouldn't put forth much effort on the app or spend much time coming up with well written, thorough and creative answers like I did. Your time is better spent looking for and applying to jobs you might actually get. That's why I've spent so much time writing this review. I want to save others from making the same mistakes I did. If you're super tech savvy, have used tons and tons of software programs, CRMs, apps, etc... go for it and good luck! If not, check the boxes you can, answer the written questions with minimal effort, then move on 'cause you're not getting this job.
