After reviewing feedback from past candidates, we did change the turnaround deadline on the Skills Assessment from 24 hrs to 2 business days in an effort to give people enough time to complete the task. We do encourage all candidates to practice what we call the "virtual nod" which is responding to communication during the workday in 1-2 hours so that all parties involved know that communication, requests, etc. have been received.
