Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to clarify that our interview process does not require professional video production or influencer-level skills. Instead, we ask candidates to record a simple video response—directly within our application platform—to a standard application question (such as providing more insight into their experience or how they would serve clients). This process is designed to take no more than five minutes and allows candidates to showcase their communication skills beyond a traditional resume, particularly for those who prefer verbal explanations. The video responses are not shared with clients and are only used internally as part of the evaluation process.
