Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. We realize that we are not the best fit for everyone which is why we have each candidate go through several interviews and assessments to make sure we are mutually the right fit. While we are not able to ask a contractor to not have another job, we do need to ensure that they will be available to serve and be responsive to clients during normal business hours. Additionally, we match each and every client with the assistant who is the best fit which does mean that you could potentially be waiting for up to 12 weeks before being placed. If after 12 weeks you are not placed, we do give you the option to continue to wait for a client or end your contract.
