Applied online and chatted through an AI Assistant to schedule an interview. Attended an open interview at their office close to AT&T Stadium where I learned more about the company, Guest Services duties and events that I'll have the opportunity to work. I talked with the management team and went over questions regarding my thoughts/opinions on customer service, and then filled out some information in an online application. I really enjoyed the simple and open process!
