Very slow recruitment process. First evaluation round almost 2 months after the application deadline. A written assessment mainly about basic notions of the scientific field related to the position and "IQ-test"-like questions. The second- final - round (couple of weeks after) is interviewing with the HR and the hiring managers. Asked to prepare and present few slides related to my academic work (thesis) as well as few slides on a trending technology topic. Approximately 2-hours total duration (20 minutes presenting) It’s been 3 months since the final round, haven’t received any response though; so technically I am still on for the job. :)
