Beta is an amazing company! They offer exceptional salaries and very good working conditions . Despite that, it was by far the worst interview I have ever had. The whole thing started by doing two tests, one for mechanical engineering and one for python programming (codility platform). After passing both tests, an interview was arranged. During the interview they asked me almost all the questions from the two tests, in order to understand how I was thinking. I definitely did not deserve the position because I did some stupid mistakes. The questions were very general and I doubt if they had anything to do with the job, but they probably wanted to rule out candidates. However, what pissed me off was their behaviour. Completely arrogant, I would definitely not like to work with these people.
