I had to talk to a few different people but overall wasn’t a terrible process. Everyone was nice, but you could tell there wasn’t a formal process for hiring managers to follow
I applied through other source. I interviewed at BGSF (Pawtucket, RI)
Interview
Over an hour, with multiple people (at the same time). Questions were odd and all over the place. VERY typical agency with nothing special to offer. I would never work at this place. Received a call the very next morning saying they decided to pass, which was more then fine with me as I also passed on them.

Question 1
Do I feel comfortable correcting my coworkers if they do something wrong (don't remember the exact phrasing)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BGSF (Addison, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
3 round interview, 1 hr 2hr and 1hr final round. Non-stop questions and situational questions, some personal adjacent questions, give an example of a situation and how you handled it. The most intense interview I've ever had in my life. Took three weeks to complete and at the end they called, left a message with urgent call back request, when I called they told me I didnt get it. Quit wasting my time!

Question 1
Give an example of a stressful situation and how you handled it?
I had 4 rounds of interviews. Two were with the internal recruiter, and the other two were with the manager I would work with. The last was on on-site. It was pretty straightforward but lengthy, only because they completed reference checks
