Hiring and interview process was pretty straightforward. I researched BG online and thought it would be a good match since I'm new to the leasing industry. The interview itself was relaxed and friendly, and she seemed genuinely interested in having me as an employee. I'm giving this a negative review because even after the pleasant interview, I was completely ghosted and never received any further information on jobs or their mandatory training class, even after I emailed, called, and texted.
