I applied online. I interviewed at BGSF (Huntersville, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview ,while informative, was surrounded by chaos. Next steps that were sent by email at 10pm, the way the internal processes were described was wildly inaccurate as they, in actuality had not been developed or standardized.
I had to talk to a few different people but overall wasn’t a terrible process. Everyone was nice, but you could tell there wasn’t a formal process for hiring managers to follow
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BGSF (Addison, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
3 round interview, 1 hr 2hr and 1hr final round. Non-stop questions and situational questions, some personal adjacent questions, give an example of a situation and how you handled it. The most intense interview I've ever had in my life. Took three weeks to complete and at the end they called, left a message with urgent call back request, when I called they told me I didnt get it. Quit wasting my time!

Question 1
Give an example of a stressful situation and how you handled it?
I had 4 rounds of interviews. Two were with the internal recruiter, and the other two were with the manager I would work with. The last was on on-site. It was pretty straightforward but lengthy, only because they completed reference checks
