BGSF interview questions

3 round interview, 1 hr 2hr and 1hr final round. Non-stop questions and situational questions, some personal adjacent questions, give an example of a situation and how you handled it. The most intense interview I've ever had in my life. Took three weeks to complete and at the end they called, left a message with urgent call back request, when I called they told me I didnt get it. Quit wasting my time!

Simple interview, straightforward onboarding. Only started today so I haven't received my first assignment but the interview and orientation was professional, simple, and fast. Also, lots of communication from the company which is nice. They seem to value transparency.
