Interview
BHDP set up an interview within 48 hours- the interview was really early in the morning for me (7am), I didn't mind but it was the follow up the was problematic. I was interviewed at the end of the week and was told I would hear back either way by early the following week. I sent 3 emails trying to follow up and even called the designer and HR contact I had and got nothing.
Interviewing with BHDP is very informative. Typically it is a sequence of 3 -4 interview. The first being with HR, second being with those who you will be working with and 3 with firm leaders. BHDP are transparent with during the interview about culture, workflow, and will answer any questions that you have.
