BHG Financial Account Executive interview questions

I had a recruiter reach out to me about the position. It took a week to coordinate with the recruiter to schedule a phone screening. During the screening she asked basic interview questions/asked about my experience. The interview sounded very promising and it sounded like we were going to scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager afterwards. She asked me about my current schedule and flexibility and I informed her I was currently unemployed due to the pandemic (my former employer laid everyone off when the state shut down). She then immediately changed her tune and said she'd follow up later. Weeks and emails later trying to follow up and she says they went another direction. I asked for some feedback with my phone screening and she never responded. I didn't realize this company discriminates against those who are unemployed in the middle of a pandemic. Definitely not a company I would want to work for.

Bring your best version of yourself to the interview process, don't pretend to be something that you are not. BHG wants to know that you will not only be an asset to production but also the impact that you will provide to the culture. Be hungry, and be yourself!
