1st Call was from Recruiter where they did most of the speaking, clearly informational and confirming interest on my part; 2nd call 30 minutes with operational leader; 3rd interview was a 4 hour request to be on site and have 4 back to back interviews - this actually resulted in 2 interviews both which were cut short because of disorganization and 2 which never occurred; next steps were explained but never occurred; no follow up at all good or bad and so follow up on the discussed next steps
