The process was thorough. They did a phone interview and after that brought me in for an in person interview. They were very open and honest about the company and what was expected out of the candidate.

Phone interview first with HR rep. Then with manager on the phone. Finally with both in the Syracuse office. It was a very easy and comfortable process. A few very specific job related questions and a few random ones. Lots of discussion about organizational health. I could tell that it was a positive atmosphere and was excited to work there.
