Got a phone call from HR, did an over the phone interview and was asked to come in for an interview with the VP. Did my interview and was told I would get a phone call by the end of the week. Its been a month....... no phone call. I left 4 messages with HR and nothing. So unprofessional and I heard from a friend they are overhiring so they can choose who they like the most in the end and let go of the others. They could have had the courtesy to call me or email me.
