First there was a phone screen with 3 people on the line - one was in NY and the other 2 were down here. It was hard to keep track of all 3, but wasn't that big of a deal. Then I went to their Davie office. It's a pretty cool building, but parking kinda sucked. The receptionist was super nice and offered me water. The guy came out in a hat and hoodie and I also saw ppl in shorts. Pretty chill atmosphere, a little too casual for me. What I didn't like was that there was a dog walking around the office. They said it was the office dog and I hate dogs so that was a big turn off. They have a cafeteria and a gym and their campus is spread out to 2 buildings. I met with someone from NY virtually and also someone next to me. Again, kinda hard to interview with 2 people at the same time when someone is in front of you and the other one is on the TV. Then I met with 3 or 4 other people and that was nice. Then I capped things off with 1 guy. The entire process was great and the people are super friendly. I ended up not pursuing the final interview because I wasn't really on the market to begin with. However, if I didn't have a job that I loved, I would have absolutely went in for the final interview and accepted the job (if offered). My only suggestion would be to get rid of the dog.
