3 interviews, all 45 minutes long. I had two with two different hiring managers and then moved onto director level after that. All behavioral questions and general inquiry to what you are like.

Very straightforward, had a series of a few video interviews that was well managed by HR. They did ask some more challenging questions and really drilled me on what my assets would be and how I knew I would be effective, but I was prepared for all of those things.
