The recruiter was late calling me for my phone interview. Interview was straight forward and she asked basic questions. The recruiter offered me a few different job options due to my skill set and we eventually agreed none of the ones that were mentioned would be a good fit. However, she told me they had another job not yet on the website that she would speak to a manager about and give me a call the next day. She never called back and then proceeded to ghost me for weeks until I started getting automatic replies when I asked for updates. She eventually didn't even want to respond to me anymore and then had another recruiter send me an automated email that BHG wasn't interested. We are in the middle of a job crisis with the pandemic. I luckily was employed through this back and forth, but I know a lot of people who are desperate for a job wouldn't appreciate the lack of care or follow through that she or other recruiters provided. They alone turned me off from wanting to apply there ever again.
