Talent Acquisition reached out to me to schedule interview. I couldn’t get back to them for a day and half because I was on vacation. I told them my availability and no response back. I even reached out to them a second time and still no response. Yikes. My response is you may be missing out on good candidates because the interviewing process is not very organized.
