In total, I had 4 rounds of interview including the phone interview with HR. Never have I ever experienced an interview process like BHG before. If other companies interviewed the way they did, I would LOVE interviews. The interviews were more like fluid conversations yet still concise and informative simultaneously. From the beginning, I was attracted to the well written job description up until the very last interview with whom I'd be reporting to. This interview process was such a pleasure. Again, it was nothing like I've ever experienced in the past - I am still blown away.
